 Yes, there is one difference in ngc4.c between cmd_stop() and cmd_start():


 cmd_stop() uses initng_active_db_find_in_name() [line 1033]
 cmd_start() uses initng_active_db_find_by_name() [line 966]


 I changed cmd_start() to use initng_active_db_find_in_name() but it didn't
 fix it.
