 This patch:
 * Closes IN_AND_OUT_PIPE pipe, no more "Could not read incoming
 service_file req" due to bad file descriptor.

 *Fixes split_delim, executes services properly, (reversal of last patch)

 *run_alarm, a simplification i think not sure on tis 1
