 Already known, but thanks to open the ticket. I noticed it wasn't the same
 when I got a strange ngc output. FCR suggested the change (both us were
 asleep that time, I think... XD), so I was thinking about changing it back
 to the way it was before, as asprintf isn't standard anyways.
