 We have services in daemon/ and other nasty things, so it's time to
 tie them.

  * runlevel/ : for runlevels.
  * system/   : services/daemons essential for the boot process.
  * net/      : low-level network stuff.
  * service/  : services that aren't essential for the system.
  * daemon/   : daemons and their helper services.
  * config/   : initng-specific configuration files.
