 I'm using the .6.10.1 version now for a little time, and the most common
 segfault I find is a regular one, that seems the happen sometimes after
 running short (I think at least) scripts / executables.

 The error message is in that case:

 Cannot open /proc/{PID}/stat.

 After which initng segfaults.

 Typical (but not only) calls to /sbin/ifconfig give these problems.
