 Assume you added three different daemons/services to your current
 runlevel, all providing virtual/foo. By now, if a daemon/service requires
 virtual/foo, it will be started right after one of the providers are up.
 It would be more useful if the service was started up after *all three*
 are started. So, generally spoken, one should change the evaluation from a
 boolean »OR« to »AND«.
