 i had a comment on the line of the configuration file telling what option
 dhcpd must use

 dhcpcd_wifi="-t 30" # Verbose = " -d "

 the init script was getting options with the comment, and added interface
 after this comment

 /sbin/dhcpcd -t 30 # Verbose = " -d " -o -l 86400 -h raoul wifi

 that wasn't working, because no interface was specified
