[Initng] Developers needed

I'm afraid to repeat this again and again, but we're lacking
developers, and there are too many tasks to take care about... it's
pretty easy to help if you have a little coding experience, and a lot
of tasks do not require much knowledge about InitNG at all, like the
migration from CMake to Perforce Jam...
