There is a mirror service on repo.or.cz, and I can provide it too. On my 
home server (PIII w/600Mb RAM) I have a symmetrical 10Mbit Internet 
link, hope it's enough :)

Can you say me what exactly do you need to mirror, one "trunk" repo, 
everything, or what?
