[Initng] syslog-ng.i error on debian

Hi to all,
it's the first time I write to this ML so don't hurt me :)
Well, I've found that the syslog-ng.i file contains a wrong path to 
syslog-ng on a debian based system, caused syslog-ng to fail and make 
some initng core errors about that.
The patch is simple: just add the right path

  exec daemon = /usr/sbin/syslog-ng --foreground;

I Hope this thing make someone happy :)
