[Initng] /dev/shm seems mounted twice

based on the configurability of initng-scripts we can later also handle 
this. A little "while read... case ... done"-Loop examining /etc/fstab will 
help us alot. (We could also patch the ifiles by now, but will that make 
any sense since we're switching to initng-scripts?)
