[Initng] Initng 0.7 / syslog plugin

Hey,

yes i think so, but only selected ones, other will go oin their corresponding main package. For now the 0.6 version works mostly fine on my development machine, so i decided to really get this done before our next release. Having the newest version would be nice for this!
