[Initng] /dev/initng/nge control socket documentation

Hello,

is there any API/protocol documentation on the InitNG control socket? I 
looked at it in the 0.6 branch, but it seems as if we're tossing serialized 
C strcutures around. (?)

Are there any plans on changing this?
