[Initng] initng-0.6.10.1 + initng-ifiles-0.1.3 released!

I'm currentliy trying to help him do this, but there are a lot of parameter 
substitutions the Debian Bash package apperently doesn't understand. :-(

Does anybody know in which version of the ifiles package thoses substitutions 
where introduced in ng-update?
