[Initng] How to sign up for initng trac?

Unfortunately no you can't make an account, no I can't figure out how to make 
one for you, and the trac addon that is meant to enable both won't work.

We also had to disable anonymous bug posting because of spam, we were seeing 
up to 10 spam bugs per day.

Post your bugs to this mailing list for now, we'll keep working on trac.
