Jimmy, I want to make service_file usable before 0.6.10.
I have improved it a bit, but there's still some work to do...

Right now I want to remove the gentoo_runscript thing, it doesn't
work, and I don't care about it. We are providing a new init system,
we don't need to care about compatibility with others init systems, imo.

Btw, gentoo has a huge workforce, they can provide initng scripts if 
they want...

Cross-LinuxFromScratch will adopt InitNG, and they want the new format,
so we should take all the decision about the service_file format now.
