[Initng] Google Summer of Code 2007

I think initng could participate in the GSoC 2007.

Having extra people around can really aid us in the development, because
we will be braching 0.7 soon, and there's a lot of work to be done for
it.

Anyone wants the honor of being a mentor?
Can we accomplish this goal?
