[Initng] Simplifying InitNG

I think we should drop ifiles support for the 0.7.0 release, that will
let us remove some parts of the core...

I want to drop some plugins like find and rlparser, and make optional
plugins available individually.

In resume, the core needs a lot of attention, and we should make easy
to rewrite anything needed.

Also plugins that used the FDWATCHERS hook list need some attention,
because what i did to make them work with the event machinery is a
hack...
