[Initng] virtuals don't start correctly

Well, I was wrong here...
When you have an virtual called new_virtual.virtual, and a directory
called new_virtual, if there's any service called new_virtual/something
inside the new_virtual directory, the virtual will not be handled by
rlparser plugin.
