[Initng] Version bumping (was Re: We need to tie /etc/initng)

Just want to clearify a few things.
My wish right now would be to create a 0.6 stable branch and use it for 
making 0.6.x file releases, that's all.
And from the current source you can make 0.7.x file releases if there 
are a need for it. So only two sources to commit to at the same time. 
And the 0.6 branch ONLY gets bugfixes.
