[Initng] Proposition...

Hello All,

I think we could change somethings in initng packages...

initng-ifiles package, for example, builds /lib/libgenrunlevel for the
system... this should be arch dependent, but the package builds as
"-all" telling us it would be able to run in any architecture...

My proposition is to move libgenrunlevel to initng package or to make
initng-ifiles arch dependent...


I prefer the first one...

What do you guys think about it?
