[Initng] initng-conf-gtk ebuild fails with access violation +solution

Good day,
The initng-conf-gtk-9999.ebuild currently present in initng svn
repository fails with ACCESS VIOLATION.
The reason for this is the gconf2 installation system, that performs
writeability test in sandbox-protected /etc subdirectory.
Proposed solution employs gnome2 portage eclass to delay gconf schema
installation until sandbox is lifted. This is the new suggested
ebuild:
