[Initng] current initng-scripts svn fails to install

The scripts were working last time I tried them.

I've identified two problems:
- When i want to shutdown, services get the _WAITING_FOR_STOP_DEP
  status, and they aren't being stopped. When they die, they get
  makred as stopped, unless they return != 0, then they get marked
  as _FAIL_START_RCODE.

- Sometimes, when i try to stop a service, all the services get marked
  for stopping...


I'm sick right now :(, but I will be reviewing the problem soon, I
think we can have a release after fixing that problem.
