[Initng] Posibility to send another signals than INT or HUP to daemon

It is possible, but the question isn't that, the question is:
is needed?, and why?.

This looks a lot better, and isn't a bad idea at all, we will add some
feature to ease sending signals to services to 0.7.0 :).

You should do that for now, 0.6.x will only receive bugfixes.
trunk will be full of new features, but isn't ready yet...
