[Initng] Posibility to send another signals than INT or HUP to daemon

Hello,

I'm qmail user.  Bernstain's soft heavily use signals. For example qmail-send 
rescans email queue if get ALRM. Other useful signals are USR1, USR2, CONT, 
or STOP.

Would be possible to extend ?daemon? plugin to be able to send these signals?

Maybe do it universal, like this:

ngc --signal ALRM daemon/qmail-send

(of course, there's possibility to get PID of the daemon and then kill it, but 
it isn't as nice as native solution)
