[Initng] manpath patch

Hello,

I've noticed that the manual pages path is hardcoded in doc/CMakeLists.txt. 
I've written a small patch that adds MAN_INSTALL_DIR as a cache entry and 
changed the hardcoded path to ${MAN_INSTALL_DIR}/man.
